Kellyservice@live.com Job offer SCAM!

I continue to receive 3-4 scams through email everyday.  We need to warn each other about these scams.  Here's the email from "Kelly Services" which oddly I have applied to a month or so ago.

Thanks for prompt response to our Job offer. Do you enjoy working with customers over the phone and helping resolve their issues that arise? Do you have a professional demeanor, and are you reliable two times during the week. Do you have excellent customer service experience? Then we have just the opportunity for you!!!
Kelly Services has a customer who is looking for Call Center Professionals to work with their customers regarding medical insurance/drug prescription eligibility. The best candidates should have excellent phone etiquette skills, and must have a professional and mature demeanor about them. These opportunities are "possible" temporary-to-hire for the right candidates. This is a great opportunity to get in the door with this organization and shine!
Job Requirements:
• Must have at least a customer service experience (working in a call center, retail/food service environment, or Pharmacy Technician background), as well as a good solid tenure of previous work history
• Previous experience in medical insurance or prescription benefits, preferred not required
• Need to be FLEXIBLE with work schedule, must be available during the working hours of the assignment (it will be a 40 hour work week, and the schedule will be assigned to you, candidates don't get to select when they work)
• Must be available for mandatory overtime if it is needed, can be up to 10 hours of overtime a week!
• Great conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have computer experience, ability to navigate through multiple systems at once
• Must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED to be considered
• Have to have a "positive attitude", must show that you are professional and have the initiative and drive to work hard everyday
• Will need to be able to pass tests throughout training in order to ensure placement on the production floor if needed
Job Duties:
• Will be receiving inbound phone calls and correspondence regarding authorizations for benefit coverage, must be comfortable with being on the phone for entire shift
• Will work closely with other representatives and supervisors to resolve client issues as they arise, ensure that standard operating procedures are always followed
• Required to meet productivity standards set forth by the management team
• A Check/Money order will be issued and should be Next Day Delivering. Certain amount will be require for you to forward to the next customer via Moneygram/Western Union.
• Make all necessary documentation in the system (needs to be accurate)
Payment:
Your Income is $250.00 per Assignment you carry out.
The Evaluation funds for Wal-Mart is-$40.00
Transportation-$30.00.
Totaling-$320.00

The reason I know this is a SCAM is because I received a rejection email from this company a few weeks ago saying I was not getting the position.  Please be cautious, do not trust any job which requires you to WIRE money to any one.
